Hermon High School Science teacher Elizabeth "Betsy" Trenckmann represented Hermon School Department and the state of Maine in the PAEMST and was acknowledged as an State Honoree for this prestigious award. Established by the White House and administered by the National Science Foundation, the PAEMST honors exceptional mathematics, science, and computer science teachers who demonstrate deep content knowledge, highly effective instructional practices, and a strong commitment to student learning and professional growth.
