Dear Students and Parents,
The faculty members at Hermon High School are looking forward to meeting with you and your student, at our annual Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences. Conferences may be scheduled on either Thursday, October 7 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Thursday, October 14 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Conferences will be scheduled for 10 minute increments. Parents are encouraged to include their students with them in the conferences, as students play the most significant role in the education process.
We continue to use an on-line system to help parents sign up for conferences. There are three (3) ways to find the link online:

If accessing the internet is a barrier, please contact Ms. Duell at 848-4026 to schedule your conferences.
Parents who are not able to schedule an appointment during either of the dates and times listed, or who are looking for additional individual time with a particular instructor, are encouraged to contact the teacher(s) directly and set-up appointments for times that are more convenient. To access a current list of our teachers, go to our website (hhs.hermon.net), under “Site” - choose Hermon High School and then “Menu” - choose Staff.
We believe that it is very important for you and your student to participate in Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences. Conferences represent one of the most effective ways for teachers, parents, and students to communicate how successfully the learning process is working.

Directions on how to sign up for Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences
STEP ONE: SIGNING UP
Go to this link https://signup.com/go/MmZPFWf
Choose your child’s teacher by clicking the view box.
Select a day (either the 7th or the 14th). Click the time slot you want the conference for with that individual teacher.
Click the green tab “sign up”. Enter in the fields required: your name, your phone number, your email, your student’s name, and confirm you are the guardian.
Now click “save”.
To sign up for additional teachers click “go back to all sign ups” and repeat the same process for the next teacher.
You will receive a confirmation in your email to remind you of your scheduled times! You can also opt in for a text reminder.
